1. Eligibility

To submit a theme, you must be the original author or have explicit rights to distribute the theme. We do not accept submissions that infringe on copyright or intellectual property rights.

2. Theme Submission and Review

  • Quality and Security: Your theme must meet our quality standards, including code quality, design, and security practices. We reserve the right to reject any theme that does not meet these standards.
  • Updates and Support: You agree to provide timely updates to keep your theme compatible with the latest technologies and to offer support to users, addressing any issues that may arise.

3. Listing Fee

  • Free Themes: There is no fee for listing free themes on our platform.
  • Premium Themes: Authors of premium themes are required to pay a small listing fee of $10 per year or $1 per month. Payment details will be provided upon successful review of the theme.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full intellectual property rights to your theme. However, by submitting your theme to ThemesAdda, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your theme on our platform.

5. Content Guidelines

Your theme must not contain or promote inappropriate content, including but not limited to explicit adult content, hate speech, discriminatory language, or content that promotes illegal activities.

6. Removal and Modification

We reserve the right to remove or modify any theme listing that violates these terms and conditions, contains security vulnerabilities, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect our users and maintain the integrity of our platform.

7. Changes to Terms

ThemesAdda reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued submission of themes following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Liability

ThemesAdda will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our platform. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThemesAdda and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your theme or your violation of these terms.
